BEFORE YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
Before we meet for the first time, I’ll ask you to fill out a detailed form regarding your health and to send me this along with copies of any tests you have had performed over the last 6 months. This information will provide me with insight into your personal goals, your main health concern, specific health history, current symptoms, current lifestyle and sleep and eating habits.
By providing this information ahead of time, we can focus our time together on creating a plan that will help you improve the quality of your sleep, increase your energy and help you feel better in general!
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION
Your initial consultation will be approximately 60 minutes. During this time, we will go over your intake form in detail and get a firm picture of your current situation as well as your wellness goals. Together we will create a customized wellness plan, including lifestyle modifications, nutrition and botanical remedies, designed to help you achieve these health goals. I may also provide suggestions for possible further investigations in order to identify the root cause of your problem.
Change can be overwhelming. I get that! I believe that small adjustments integrated slowly over time are the best way to make lasting lifestyle changes. It is my role and my honour to help guide you through these changes, provide support and accountability.
Follow-up consultations are 30-60 minutes and usually held every 1-4 weeks. In these sessions, progress will be evaluated, new goals set and challenges addressed.
